At a time where the world seems full of darkness, there is never an absence of light, we just may not know how to spark it or see it...yet.

If you are wondering how to light up your life (literally!), restore true energy to the body and soul, and learn how to discern light from darkness, please join us online tonight at 7 PM Eastern time.

All of us associated with One United Outreach and Lilly Fields are also educators or students at Holistic Health Educators.

So, when we tell you we love your guts we truly do. United Outreach, operating out of Lilly Fields, was organized because we also cherish your spirit

Be inspired, get sparked, and get lit up!

Because the world needs a flood of LIGHT,

And that can start with YOU!

PRAYERS for LIGHT

Heavenly Father,
We gather in Your presence today with grateful hearts, recognizing that even in a world full of shadows, your light never leaves us.
For You said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life” (John 8:12).
And we remember, “God is light; in Him there is no darkness at all” (1 John 1:5).

Illuminate our minds with wisdom, our hearts with compassion, and our paths with clarity.
“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path” (Psalm 119:105).
Let Your Spirit spark within us a flame that warms, heals, and directs.
May every hidden place be exposed by truth (Luke 8:17), every weary soul restored by peace (John 14:27), and every wandering step guided by Your light.

We invite Your presence into this gathering and into the week ahead.
May we not only receive Your light but also reflect it, for “you are the light of the world… let your light shine before others” (Matthew 5:14–16).
Today, Lord, let us rise as beacons in a dark world, shining with hope, love, and courage.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Gracious God,
As we close this time together, we thank You for the light You have poured into our spirits.
We hold to Your promise that “the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it” (John 1:5).

Send us forth into this new week as carriers of Your light. illuminating paths, bringing warmth to the weary, healing to the broken, and peace to the restless.
Let our words reflect Your truth (Ephesians 4:25), our actions mirror Your love (1 Corinthians 16:14), and our lives spark inspiration in those around us.

Bless every heart here with courage to discern light from darkness (Isaiah 5:20), to walk boldly in faith, and to remember that “the Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?” (Psalm 27:1).
Even the smallest flame can ignite hope, for “the people walking in darkness have seen a great light” (Isaiah 9:2).

Unite us, Lord, in this mission, that together we may flood the world with Your light.

In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

Keeping God at the Center — The Man’s Walk: Spirit, Mind & Body

NOTE: The following written information is presented by Nathan Gramley – Hard Truth Healing

Happy Freedom Weekend. As we celebrate freedom in this nation, we may also reclaim the freedom of our souls. Tonight’s Sunday Night Live is more than just a gathering. It is a movement a return. A coming back to what it means to be a man of God, in a time where masculinity is often attacked, misunderstood, or misrepresented.

As you heard in the invite, tonight we’re going to hear from men who’ve kept God at the center, who’ve held their homes together through divorce, abuse, success, and setbacks — through the onslaught of man-hate from media and culture, yet still walk with joy, humility, and strength.

You’re not alone. We were not meant to carry this yoke by ourselves. So tonight, let us lay it all down at the feet of the One who knows what we carry and walk out lighter, more grounded, and more aligned.

Key Point 1: A Man’s Foundation Must Be Rooted in God

“Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.” — Psalm 127:1

To be a man in today’s world is not easy. We are told to be strong, yet gentle. Assertive, but not aggressive. Vulnerable, but not weak. And yet the challenge is not out there it is in here, inside us.

The truth is simple: We cannot lead our homes, our children, or our wives, unless we are first led by God.

Science backs this too. Men under chronic stress without a spiritual outlet show:
- Elevated cortisol (which stores fat, especially belly fat)
- Decreased testosterone and dopamine
- Poor immunity, brain fog, and emotional burnout

But God… When a man turns his face toward heaven, when he builds his identity on Christ the Cornerstone, he becomes unshakable. We are not built to be perfect. We were built to be planted. Planted in God. “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him. He is like a tree planted by water…” — Jeremiah 17:7–8

Personal Story Insert: “When Everything Fell Apart — God Built Me”

Let me tell you something from my own journey for the man listening who does not feel good enough. The one who has been lied to, cheated on, thrown out, or counted out.

There was a time in my life, not long ago, when I thought I had it all. I thought I had love, family, purpose. But betrayal hit me like a freight train. The woman I loved twisted what was sacred. She manipulated, gaslit, and broke every layer of trust I gave.

I was left with nothing but tears, doubt, and questions. I did not know who I was anymore. I felt ashamed. Like less of a man. I questioned everything my purpose, my worth, even God’s plan.

But in the stillness of rock bottom, God spoke.

He said, “Son, I never left you. You gave your heart to the wrong hands, but I will show you how to heal and through that healing, you will help others.”

That was the turning point.

I began fasting. Praying. I cried. I screamed. But slowly… God rebuilt me. He did not glue me back together. He reformed me into something new.

And from that pain was born Hard Truth Healing. From that heartbreak came my calling to guide men and women, to hold the broken, and to walk as a shaman of truth, light, and restoration.

So if you are sitting there thinking you are too far gone I promise you are not. I have been there. And God used the worst thing that ever happened to me as the foundation for the best thing I have ever walked into.

Key Point 2: Prayer, Purpose & Peace in the Storm

“The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.” — James 5:16

Prayer is not weakness. It is warfare. It is where real strength begins.

Did you know Men who pray regularly show increased alpha brainwave activity the same waves that bring calm, clarity, and creativity. That is no accident. God built us to connect with Him.

When your hands are on your steering wheel, but your heart is in prayer, your direction shifts. When your body is tired, but your spirit lifts a prayer the enemy flees.

This is where we regain our spiritual masculinity not through loud dominance, but quiet authority. Not through anger, but alignment.

Start each day with 5 minutes. Breath prayer. Stretch. Scripture.

“Be still and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10

Key Point 3: Fueling the Temple – Holistic Health & Daily Disciplines

“Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit?” — 1 Corinthians 6:19

Let’s get real: You can’t be a man of God if you’re chronically exhausted, inflamed, and weighed down by processed foods and sugar addictions.

The world doesn’t just attack your mind  it attacks your biology.
But here’s the good news small changes create massive shifts.

Simple Holistic Shifts for the God-Fearing Man:
- Start your day with lemon water, turmeric, and a few deep breaths
- Eat greens with every meal – spinach, dandelion, arugula – God’s medicine
- Cut sugar, kill soda – these inflame your brain and block spiritual clarity
- Take time in the sun & nature – God gave us light for a reason (Vitamin D, mood, immune health)

“So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31

What’s on your plate reflects what’s in your heart. Treat your body as sacred ground because it is.

Key Point 4: Brotherhood & Leading by Example

“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17

We were not meant to walk alone. And we weren’t meant to pretend like we’ve got it all together.

Look at what Karen wrote in the email:
“I did not raise all my children, build the businesses, or help humanity all on my own… and none of us needs to.”

Brothers this walk is heavy. But you do not have to carry it alone.

When a man walks in humility, he invites healing. When he surrounds himself with other men of truth, he grows.

And when he leads by example eating well, praying daily, honoring his wife, teaching his children how to serve and love God he does not just raise a family. He plants a legacy.

Challenge for the Week

Let’s get practical.

For the next 7 days, I challenge you to:
- Start each day with 5 minutes of prayer and stillness
- Eat one green vegetable at each meal
- Drink half your body weight in ounces of clean water
- Speak life over your wife, child, or brother
- Lead one conversation this week with "Let’s pray"

Small hinges swing big doors. These steps are simple, but they will change your life.

Closing Scripture & Prayer

“As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” — Joshua 24:15

This is not a verse we say lightly. It is a line we draw in the sand.

Tonight, I call upon you to make that decision again not in fear, but in faith. To say: I will serve. I will rise. I will rebuild the altar of my home. I will eat better, love deeper, and walk in truth.

Closing Prayer:
Father, I thank You for every man present. Let Your Spirit awaken in them a new fire, a holy fire. Help them return to You not just in word, but in body, mind, and spirit. Bless their homes. Bless their health. Show them how to rise again. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
